On-Site Program Manager-Immediate Need NJ Location
- Responsibility for consolidated billing of Time and Material
- Contingent Workers (CW)
- Vendor Management of over 160 vendors
- Project Manage integration of new Outsourced CW populations into the program, working closely with client and internal resources.
- Project-manage integration of additional CW populations into the program for back-end consolidated billing, per client initiatives
- Project-manage the development and deployment of upgraded VMO management system
- Manage the facilitation of CW requisitions for Time and Materials contractors for the Technology division of client
- Provide market intelligence, trends and analysis
- Review preferred vendors quarterly via a scorecard, make recommendations on alterations to list and manage accordingly
- Work with client procurement & legal departments to set up new vendor contracts as well as amend existing contracts when necessary.
- Work with client VMO and Legal departments to mitigate risk associated with the CW workforce
- Identify opportunities to raise level of awareness of services & appropriate contingent workforce management with internal end-user clients
